About Me

My Name is Nate Kerns, I grew up in Southern California, my amazing parents encouraged me and supported me ,to play soccer and multiple sports as child and teenager. In high school I fell in love with weights, aka the "iron bug "💪. After a year of hard training I competed in my first bodybuilding competition. Kept going did CrossFit , and eventually did a powerlifting competition taking 1st place . Then a few years later ,I decided to get my personal training license. Doing yet again another bodybuilding show taking 1st this time In my middleweight division. Leading to a model photoshoot and getting my picture on LGS let's get serious poster .  I continue my education every year having my Elite training status , Nutritional license, and Bodybuilding Specialist. I strive to be an example for all my clients, expecting them to push themselves to be healthier and reach their goals!
